The biggest lie is that you are now the single parent. Don't get me wrong, you are single and you have a single parent home.

 

Here's the difference.

 

Just because you are losing your spouse, does it mean that your child(ren) must lose their father? The only answer is NO!

 

You are single, but your child(ren) are not. They did not lose their father because he moved out of the house. He may be a complete jerk and the absolute worst person ever, but he is still their father and they need him in their lives. You are 100% responsible for making that happen.
